FVRP is a registered national non-profit (Regd. No. U88900DL2025NPL446451) licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. It operates exclusively for charitable, educational, professional and capacity-building objectives in vocational rehabilitation and inclusion of persons with disabilities. All activities and funds are governed by its Memorandum, Rules and Bye-Laws approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. No profits are distributed to members; all proceeds are reinvested for social good.

Privacy Policy

FVRP protects the personal and professional information of its members, partners and visitors. We collect data solely for membership registration, communication, event coordination and programme administration. Your data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as mandated by law. You may request correction or deletion by writing to contact@fvrp.org.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations are non-refundable once a receipt is issued. For a technical error or duplicate transaction, contact contact@fvrp.org within 7 days with proof of payment; approved refunds are returned via the same method within 14 business days.

Membership fees are non-refundable, including on rejection for ineligibility or voluntary withdrawal. Members may upgrade from annual to life membership by paying the difference; no partial refund is issued for unused periods.

Event sponsorships & CSR contributions are non-refundable once confirmed; in-kind compensation may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
