The Federation of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (FVRP) is a registered national organisation dedicated to promoting inclusive vocational rehabilitation and professional development. We deeply value every contribution made toward our mission. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully for all transactions made through our platform.
💠 1. Donations
- Donations made to FVRP are non-refundable.
- Once a donation is made and the receipt is issued, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
- In case of a technical error or duplicate transaction, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@fvrp.in with proof of payment.
- If a refund is approved for a duplicate or erroneous payment, the amount will be returned via the same payment method within 14 business days.
🧾 2. Membership Fees
- Membership fees paid to FVRP are non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection of the application due to ineligibility or voluntary withdrawal by the applicant.
- Members may upgrade from an annual to a life membership by paying the difference; however, no partial refund will be issued for any unused period.
- Inactive or lapsed members may reactivate their membership by paying the outstanding dues and the applicable reactivation fee. Refunds will not be granted for lapsed periods.
🎯 3. Event Sponsorships & CSR Contributions
- Sponsorships and CSR contributions are non-refundable once the partnership is confirmed and a receipt is issued.
- In the event of an event postponement or change of venue, sponsors will be notified and their sponsorship benefits will be carried forward accordingly.
- Cancellation by a sponsor due to unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but no monetary refund will be provided.
- FVRP may offer in-kind compensation such as sponsor recognition in future events or publications.
📝 General Terms
- All refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing to contact@fvrp.in with complete transaction details.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method.
- FVRP reserves the right to revise the policy from time to time without prior notice.
