The All India Vocational Rehabilitation Conference (AIVRC) is FVRP’s flagship annual event that brings together professionals, researchers, government officials, and institutional leaders across India. The conference is a national platform to deliberate on the latest advancements, research outcomes, and innovative vocational rehabilitation and disability-inclusive employment practices.
AIVRC features keynote addresses, technical sessions, exhibitions, and policy dialogues each year that inspire collaboration and action. The conference proceedings are documented and shared widely to inform policy and strengthen practice.

National/State Workshops & Seminars
FVRP organises thematic national and state-level workshops and seminars to promote capacity building, inclusive practices, and regional outreach. Annual Awards Ceremony
FVRP honours excellence through its Annual Awards Ceremony on 16th April, marking the Foundation Day of the Federation. Prestigious awards such as Rehabilitation Professional of the Year, Young Innovator in Disability Inclusion, and Institutional Excellence in Inclusive Vocational Training are conferred.
This celebration recognises outstanding service, innovation, and leadership in vocational rehabilitation and disability inclusion.
